One of the best things would be to realize that success is not achieved alone. Businesses are grown through and with other people. I am finding in our little business that the more interested people that we can partner with, the better our business becomes. As a result of that, I am always on the lookout for interested potential partners.
We need each other and each others markets, contacts, ideas, designs. Through others, we become more, can offer more, and share more. It is challenging and exciting at the same time.
Here's a good question to ponder: Would you rather have 100% of a $100,000 business or 10% of a $1,000,000 business? Why? Think potential. Did that change your answer? Why?
