I find the quote above to be a marvelous quote. Some people try to protect or enhance their reputation. Companies do it, people do it. But, to realize that there is absolutely nothing you can do about your reputation in and of itself; that it is out of your control and out of your hands is interesting. Yet, what indirectly speaks to our reputation is our character which we as people and us as a company have 100% control of. We decide. Companies decide. We decide by what we say and more than this, by what we do or choose not to do.

Spread Some Joy Today--Focus on what you can control rather than relying on others. You control your joy. In fact, joy comes from within, not without, yet once it come out from within, it is shared. Bring forth a bit of joy for your own enjoyment today, and others will benefit from that gift to yourself.
