I
love this quote. Isn't is so true. We all have the authority to direct others,
but it will only be the others that allow that to be.
Same
thing with leadership and leaders, or husbands, or fathers, mothers and wives,
teachers, sales managers, owners of businesses, vice presidents of marketing,
the President of the United States, or anyone else.
There
is only one person we have ultimate authority over and that is ourselves.
Everyone else gives authority as it is deserved.
