Daily Inspiration 4-13-12

"A man is not idle because he is absorbed in thought.
There is a visible labor and there is an invisible labor."

-- Victor Hugo

Just sitting or standing in thought can be either exhilarating or tiring. The body is involved even while not moving. If you've every had a couple of 2 hour meetings back to back, you know what I mean. That's a full day of work right there.

The thing that I've learned and find myself constantly playing on is to find a way to feel good emotionally. Then it isn't really work at all, but play.

If you find yourself there and you really don't want to be there, find a way to feel a little better about that, then a little better until you find yourself feeling good about it. Sometimes we are excited to participate in thought and sometimes we have to find a way to be excited, but being excited or feeling good is the ultimate goal.

They Say 'Go With The Flow' And That Means Downstream! There Is NO Flow Upstream. . .

Spread Some Joy Today--Play on feeling good.
