"People and events
do not create your experience.
How you think about them does."

Here are some excellent words of wisdom from Abraham, Ester Hicks from a workshop in San Francisco on February 28, 2004:
"See this world as a free world, and see everyone in it as trying--through their individual experiences--to find their way back to that calling, back to that Source Energy. And even though there are billions of them going about it in a way that is different than you would choose, there's no right or wrong way. In other words, bless them all, and get on with the only thing you have any power about, which is opening or closing your vortex to your natural state of Well-Being."
I love this quote. "See this world as a free world," is such a perfect perspective. See others as "trying through their individual experiences to find their way back" to the Source that is within them, though they may have forgotten the way. "Bless them all." Allow them their individual experience as we allow ourselves our individual experiences. What we think about them has nothing to do with them and everything to do with us. As we see them, it is our perspective that we see. And, last, focus on the only one we have control over ourselves and our own desires, our own Well-Being, our own experience.
I'm Contemplating My Own Navel. It's An Innie. I Bless All The Innie's And All The Outies Of The World And To Whom They Are Attached.
Spread Some Joy Today--by realizing that all your thoughts of others are your thoughts. Insist that your thoughts are filled with joy for them, and thereby spread it nicely.
