I love this quote and how it says so succinctly the simplest goal in life to have a better, more fruitful and enjoyable life. Simply increase the quantity and quality of appreciation and decrease the quantity or sooth the edges of complaint. If we did nothing else, that would be enough. No 10-point list of things to do, to wear, to drink, to eat, to rub on ourselves. Just more appreciation and less complaining.
