Daily Inspiration 6-12-10

"Never say anything about yourself you do not want to come true."

-- Brian Tracy

I've heard people say they don't believe in affirmations or the power of affirmations. Well, that's sort of like saying I don't believe in gravity. Belief is only your acceptance of the fact, and has nothing to do with the fact that affirmations are real and they are, indeed, very powerful over time.

So, what you say about yourself, to others, and to yourself matters--a lot. Matter of fact, if you want to change your life, the most power to do that will come from changing the things you say to yourself all day long. The most powerful phrase on the planet is, 'I am.' Whatever comes after that is significant. Say it often enough or with the power of emotion and it will work very quickly.

The best thing is to always say things about yourself that you want to come true, or the way you want them to be. There's no point reinforcing something negative about yourself.

You are a rock star. I don't care what instrument you play.
