Daily Inspiration 6-19-14

"It is never too late
to give up our prejudices."

-- Henry David Thoreau

Prejudices are one of those words that have been said enough, but it doesn't seem to have the impact it could have. Maybe a better way is PRE-judgments, or Pre-Judge, or just judging before you know what the heck you're talking about.

Once it is presented more thoroughly like that, it should take on a different appearance perhaps. When it is said like that it makes it seem silly, uneducated, unsophisticated, unfair, and certainly unwarranted. In fact, now it seems more like something to run away from than to embrace or accept.

What Would Really Help Is Simply To Make Our Own Decisions And Adapt Our Own Values Rather Than Those Of Others?

Spread Some Joy Today--by letting go of all those judgments and love people the way they are without any insistence that they satisfy us.
